DESMOND LAZARO exquisite paintings are alive to the sacred equations that govern the cosmos. Delving into diverse knowledge systems—science, mathematics, philosophy, law and lore—Lazaro’s work traces the upper reaches of human understanding. With major commissions in Australia, and India (where he splits his time), and his birthplace, England, Lazaro’s major painting The Sea of Untold Stories II (2019) was recently been acquired by the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney.
