JOHN DAVIS
Highly respected sculptor and installation artist JOHN DAVIS has an important retrospective at the Ian Potter Centre: National Gallery of Victoria, Federation Square, Level 3. A beautiful catalogue has been published to accompany the exhibition with essays written by Charles Green and Robert Lindsay. John Davis: Presence continues until 24 October, 2010. EUGENIA RASKOPOULOS shows as part of Octopus 10: How We Know That The Dead Return, the tenth exhibition in an annual series presented by Gertrude Contemporary. This years event is curated by José Da Silva, Curator of the Australian Cinémathéque at the Queensland Art Gallery. Exhibition runs from 3 - 30 September.
