JANET LAURENCE’S new immersive installation H2O: Water Bar at the Paddington Reservoir Gardens, Sydney, is attracting a lot of press. The H2O: Water Bar serves water from different parts of Australia, highlighting how the different tastes and qualities are affected by location and environmental factors. Besides the Bar is a series of screenings, performances and discussions to extend the conversation about the protection of this natural resource.
